teett-TSYAH-na

(Circa 1488–1576), from the Italian painter Tiziano Vecellio. The most important painter of the Venetian school, he experimented with vivid colours and often broke conventions of composition. He painted many sensual mythological works, including Bacchus and Ariadne (circa 1518–23).

About

Maggio is a boutique art consultancy for residential and commercial property owners, developers, managers and agents based in London and run by Dr Tiziana Maggio.

Tiziana holds a PhD in History of Art and Management of Art institutions from Bologna. Prior to moving to the UK, she worked for the Italian Government advising on its medieval assets in Rome and Southern Italy. Since moving to London, Tiziana has worked at a number of commercial galleries dealing in antiquities, contemporary and modern art.

When Tiziana isn't working, you can usually find her in gallery or museum, pointing her camera at unsuspecting pieces.

Approach

We believe that art can significantly enrich the experience, style and value of any property to the benefit of both its owners and residents, converting spaces into dynamic and enriched environments.

We are highly committed to our clients, adopting an entirely bespoke approach to every property that we curate, whether large or small. We also seek to promote the works of up-and-coming artists alongside those of established talent.

We achieve this by selling and curating art on a rental basis usually for common areas such as receptions, hallways, and break-out spaces.

Rentals can be short term or long term, fixed or rotated, in each case as required by the client - every package is totally bespoke to our client's needs.

Let's connect.
